Doreen and I spent the day shopping in Castle Rock, Colorado. The historical downtown offered wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and unique gifts. Just across interstate 25 is the Outlets at Castle Rock featuring discount merchandise from well known brands. Castle Rock is located between Colorado Springs and Denver making a stop easy for the day or overnight.
