Stay away from you know who lol
I absolutely hate how so many houses are built on top of each other for as far as the eyes can see with little tiny yards. You can almost reach out your window and knock on your neighbors window. The money people pay for these properties amazes me. It might as well be an apartment complex. When I moved here in the 70s rent was so cheap. You almost can’t afford to live here anymore.
Basically everybody STOP COMING HERE!
This place sucks now; don’t move here. Please. The price has skyrocketed to live here. I have been here for over 20 years. I can’t wait to leave now. Our home insurance, for no reason, just jumped by 500 a month. There is no good news about living here. HOA’s are horrible, and the people who live in them are almost as bad. With so many people, even going to the mountains to relax is a mess. People are fighting for camping spots, even in the crappy ones. Water shortages have continued to get worse every year due more to the massive housing boom and more people. Colorado Springs was never a place to be able to support this many people. Almost all of our water is piped in and will be worse soon. People here are no longer nice, beyond the crappy drivers, just in general the whole vibe has degraded to a negative mess. Find somewhere else to go. You will thank me.
