Convenience for the consumer, but costly for small businesses. In 2022, voters passed Prop 125, allowing for the sale of wines at grocery and convenience stores across Colorado. The law took effect in 2023. In Colorado Springs, it’s been a blow to local liquor stores.

I don’t wish hard times upon anybody, but we shouldn’t intentionally make things difficult for everybody simply to keep wine business high.
These stores are an example of how these stores can adapt to make their own niche.
People buy chips from convenience stores because those store are more accessible in neighborhoods and are “convenient”. We don’t need to ban big stores from selling chips.
Sober Adults deserve discounts on insurance premiums.
